Uncertainty Looms For Crypto As SEC And CFTC Leadership Transitions Unfold Under Trump
As Donald Trump prepares to take office for another term, speculation is intensifying regarding the future of crypto regulation, particularly concerning the leadership of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  Recent social media posts by FOX journalist Eleanor Terret suggest that SEC Chairman Gary Gensler may be on the verge of resigning, possibly before Trump’s inauguration in January 2025.
